REFUND POLICY
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
- Refunds of this kind, if the product has already been shipped to You, will be handled 5-7 business days after We receive the merchandise.
- Once a product is sold, it can only be exchanged or returned in accordance with Our terms and conditions with the original receipt.
- Any exchanges, including size adjustments, are subject to our specific approval and availability.
- Once an item has been swapped, it is considered customized and cannot be exchanged again.
- Store credit may be granted in line with the terms of this agreement if an exchange request is not completed due to our limited inventory and the fact that not all sizes are always available.
- Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your package from us. Petitioners would not be considered after this point.
- The typical sizes of products can vary between brands. We shall not be required to accept returns of standard-sized products because the sizing does not meet Your expectations or requirements.
- We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are undamaged, unworn, and still have all of their tags on. Rejected items may be returned to the consumer if they are unclean, damaged, or returned without original labels.
- If possible, belts and any designer packaging—such as dust bags, authenticity cards, and leather tags—should be included in returns or exchanges.
- Unidentified returns could be returned to the sender.
- It is advised to try on shoes exclusively on carpeted areas. If a product's sole is scratched, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.
- Any additional item will be deemed to be non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and/or non-returnable if stated as such at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will not be granted for orders that have had any kind of discount applied. For the purposes of these agreements, discounts include coupons, discounts/offer codes, and sales (including EOSS).
- Products are defective if they are damaged. Items that sustain damage due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Please be aware that if you prefer to return your defective item for store credit, We can only exchange it for a comparable item in the same size, subject to availability. Whenever possible, we will offer to fix any damaged items.
- All made-to-order purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- If there are any returns or exchanges, you will be in charge of covering the shipping to return the item to us.
- If an order includes more than five products, it will be considered a bulk order. Refunds or returns are not accepted for these orders.
