SHIPPING  

 

  • Details of the Shipment We include an estimated delivery date on the product information page for each item.  
  • Shipping inside India is free for orders placed with us.   
  • The price of the goods that is displayed on the website for delivery within India includes all taxes and levies.  
  • For deliveries outside of India, customers must pay local taxes and customs charges to our shipping partner at the time of cargo delivery. The quantity of taxes and tariffs depends on the policies of the country where you are going.  
  • The day your order was confirmed is when the delivery time for your order starts.  
  • It is possible that unexpected events will prevent a designer from creating the item you have ordered. In such cases, you will be offered a shop credit, a complete refund, or another option.  
  • We'll provide you with a tracking number and a link to our courier service along with your shipping confirmation email, enabling you to monitor the status of your order.  
  • Orders may be delayed for reasons outside of our control. We will get in touch with you to check if you still wish to move forward with your order if, for any reason, the estimated Delivery Time for your order is delayed by more than two weeks.  
  • Orders from abroad will all be shipped together and sent out at the same time.  

 

CANCELLATION  

 

We are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been finalized.  

 

To cancel, return, or exchange an item, the consumer must email lexicaltechnologyprivatelimite@gmail.com before the goods are shipped. An alternative is for the customer to contact our customer support line at 9632839356. We are not liable for any damage the product sustains during transit from the consumer to us. Customers are welcome to visit the store and buy merchandise as long as they do so within the time limitations given by the conditions.
